Jeff is the nerd of the Four Chosen and the third to join the party! In the original game he was very smart and invented a lot of things, but he was the only one unable to use PSI.
After the battle with Giygas Paula tried to awake his powers, but unsuccsessfully.
Now he is more nerdy than ever, head of the Science Club and in contact with his father and Apple Kid, the new apprentice of Dr. Andonuts, with whom he shares his new discoveries about magical butterflies: it seems that it can share its PSI power with him! So, with his trusted friend Saturn-boy, he set out on an expedition to study and understand this phenomenon.
Now he's back with a special butterfly that is fueling his new invention: the PSI-Gear
