This is Paula, she's the second member that join the party in the original game! This is years after the end of the game: after defeating Giygas she returned to her hometown Twoson and she became the Chosen Four official communicator making them always keep-in-touch thanks to her amazing PSI powers.
One night she felt a voice calling her: a kid searching for a rescue.
Now she's teaching him how to use his nascent PSI powers.

Earthbound STARWAYS is the name I gave to this fictional artistic project I'm doing that will see the other character redesigned soon 😊 Hope you like it!
